Hello …. I’m Musthaq Badurdeen, born and raised in Coventry and proud to be your Pacifica Local appliance repair engineer.
Since I was just a lad I’ve had a natural curiosity when it comes to how things work. I started tinkering with broken TVs, bikes, phones and other gadgets and developed a real passion for problem-solving. I qualified as an electrician, which gave me valuable knowledge and practical experience – the perfect foundation for where I find myself now, leading the field of Coventry’s appliance repair engineers.
It was my wife who encouraged me to take on the Pacifica franchise opportunity, because she knows me well and how my skills and mindset would fit the bill. I’m proof positive that you should always trust a women’s intuition, because as a Pacifica Local engineer I’ve thrived, developing my technical ability and my confidence.
It’s truly a pleasure for me to serve the people of Coventry and gain personal satisfaction from fixing broken appliances that would otherwise end up on the trash heap.
I’ve always been a devoted family man, and they will all tell you how active and enthusiastic I am both at work and in my leisure time.
In fact, I spend most of my personal time playing football, padel or badminton – that’s when I’m not following Formula 1 on TV or getting hands-on under a car bonnet. I still help out when I can at our family business, DeensCarSale, alongside my brothers.
Family means a lot to me, and so do the good family values I grew up with like honesty, loyalty, punctuality and reliability. These I prove to my customers every day when I arrive to fix their faulty appliances. I never deliver anything but the highest standard of customer service and workmanship.
